T-Mobile Updates MyTouch 3G- Now Includes Swype

Today T-Mobile released an updated version of the T-Mobile myTouch 3G.  The update includes a 3.5mm headphone jack (no more annoying adapter), upped the RAM to 288MB w/8GB microSD card included, some additional applications are preloaded as well.  The most intriguing part of the new myTouch 3G is the fact that it includes Swype.  Swype allows the user to basically draw a line from letter to letter on the keyboard to spell out the word they are wanting to input.  This is the first device that includes Swype out of the box, and T-Mobile plans on bringing it to more devices in the future.

    Just to throw in my 2 cents….I’ve been using swype on the Droid for a few weeks now and love it. It will be the solution to the hardware vs. software keyboard dilemma in my opinion.
