BlackBerry OS 6 Shows Up in 16 Minute Review

Posted on 04. Jun, 2010 by in BlackBerry, Tech News

Another day goes by and it looks like BlackBerry OS 6 is almost as closely guarded as the iPhone HD. This time, following on the heels of the new 9800 pics this morning, comes a 16 minute video preview of the new OS. Things are looking pretty great if you ask me. I love the context menus, and the adjustable height home drawer looks awesome, as does the media player. The toolkit section looks very interesting with lots of customization options for your device and all key setup features for your device right in one spot. The screen also looks very responsive unlike in the last video of the OS that was shown although that could have been user error as well. Let us know what you think and if you speak Chinese please do let us know their final impression of the new OS, I couldn’t figure it out. Over all things are looking very good for the new OS and I’m excited to get my hands on it when the 9800 drops. Check the video below.

i know chinese. they summarize it as “they like it but more importantly, they are still waiting for the official release and they are hoping the stability of OS6 could be much improved from previous version.
