Motorola Droid X initial thoughts

The Droid X has landed on my desk.  I have been using it for maybe 15 minutes.  A few first thoughts:

  • I didn’t expect it to be THIS big (TWSS).  It is almost overwhelming at first.  I am sure I will adjust to it after a few hours of use.
  • The screen looks great
  • The buttons fit the phone, don’t feel out of place.
  • Camera looks sharp

That is it for now, after 20 min of use I am getting use to the size (TWSS).  I will have a full review coming up in the next week.

    LMAO.. I pre-ordered mine and getting it on Thursday at BB.. I came from the HTC Evo! So I am excited to be back on Verizon where the texting is dependable.. Sprint’s texts were just too delayed..!! Wohoo Go Droid X!

    I think the Droid X is going to be a great phone. With free navigation(that ranks better than Sprint’s premium service from several review I have seen), Swype, and Verizon’s network this phone is going to be a home run. I can not wait till the 15th to get mine!

    Don’t wait until next week. There are other reviewers that will move faster than you. What are you waiting for?
